Refund policy
-All returns must be initiated by emailing info@sassboutique.ca within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. Returns must be authorized by SASS in order for them to be accepted.
-Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and all tags attached. Please be careful to remove all makeup before trying on your purchase. Soiled returns will not be accepted.
-Online store credit will be issued after returned item has been received and inspected. Credit can be used to exchange items. No refunds available.
-The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-All items are examined for defects before shipping. Returns for defects will not be accepted.
-No refunds or exchanges on sale or custom items.
