What is Sass Boutique?
Sass Boutique is a brick and mortar shop that sells beautiful high-end fashion from two boutiques in the Okanagan, one in Summerland and one in Penticton. We also have a products on our website that are available to ship anywhere in Canada.
What is Sass Studio?
Sass Studio is the home of beautiful handmade work by Lopatecki & Skeet and individual designs by Susan Lopatecki.
Lopatecki & Skeet is made up of artist Joan Skeet and textile designer Susan Lopatecki who have joined forces to create beautiful and unique handmade products.
Shipping
We currently only ship to Canada.
Shipping rate is based on order price:
Free shipping on orders over $150
Orders under $100 have a $10 flat rate shipping.
Orders between $100–150 have a $20 flat rate shipping.
We also offer free pickup at either location.
Return Policy
-All returns must be initiated by emailing info@sassboutique.ca within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. Returns must be authorized by SASS in order for them to be accepted.
-Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and all tags attached. Please be careful to remove all makeup before trying on your purchase. Soiled returns will not be accepted.
-Online store credit will be issued after returned item has been received and inspected. Credit can be used to exchange items. No refunds available.
-The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-All items are examined for defects before shipping. Returns for defects will not be accepted.
-No refunds or exchanges on sale or custom items.
